We don't just support academic physicians. We build the infrastructure that keeps them.

Academic Medicine Strategy Group (AMedSG) builds faculty development infrastructure that increases promotion, retention, and academic impact — for individual physicians and the institutions that depend on them.

AMedSG is ACCME-Accredited

Our programming meets the highest national standards for Continuing Medical Education — bringing academic rigor to every engagement, whether you're an individual physician investing in your career or an institution building a culture of sustainable faculty performance.

We work at two levels:

For Departments & Institutions

Our flagship program, the Faculty Excellence & Retention Initiative (FERI)™, is a structured team coaching and consulting engagement designed to reduce faculty burnout, improve retention, and build lasting faculty development infrastructure within your division or department.

The academic medicine expert your faculty needs.

KIRSTEN BOMBDIGGITY

Chief Education Officer MT | Certified in Narrative Intelligence & Experiential Narrative Practice

Kirsten Bombdiggity has spent her career translating behavioral science into practical tools that actually work for physicians — not just in theory, but in the middle of a 60-hour week.

As AMedSG's Chief Education Officer, Kirsten brings a Master's in Teaching and dual certification in Narrative Intelligence and Experiential Narrative Practice to every program she designs and facilitates. She has worked with over 3,000 physicians across specialties and career stages, with a deep focus on retention, burnout prevention, and professional sustainability.

Before joining AMedSG, Kirsten served as Chief Experience Officer for a Fortune 5000 physician education company, where she built programming at scale without losing the human at the center of it.

Her work helps physicians and institutions move from survival mode to sustainable, high-performance careers — and gives departments the tools to stop losing the people they worked so hard to recruit.
